Return-eligible products purchased from Pools.com must be returned to us within 30 days of the date such products were ordered. To determine whether the product you purchased is eligible to be returned, to initiate and obtain authorization for a return, or to obtain support for product issues after the 30-day return period has expired, please contact a customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Spa covers, chemicals, paint, water features, water accents, and all “custom” orders are non-refundable. Further, any products that are sold in a “clearance” sale or otherwise designated as non-returnable may not be returned for a refund.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return of a product purchased from Pools.com. These charges will not be reimbursed by Pools.com. Products must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with the original packaging and all warranty cards and owners’ manuals.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, it will be processed promptly and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
As set forth in our Terms of Service, we are not responsible for pricing errors on Pools.com. Any orders reflecting incorrect pricing may be cancelled and any charges to your credit card or other payment method for such unfulfilled orders shall be promptly refunded or reversed.
